What this website collects
Nothing. This website has no accounts, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The booking card and the feedback form don't send anything to us: they prepare a WhatsApp message or an email on your own device, and nothing leaves it until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app.
Information you send us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive what you choose to share, usually your name, phone number or email address, dates of stay, number of guests and your message or feedback. We use it only to answer you, manage your booking and stay, and improve our service. We rely on your consent and on what is needed to make and fulfil your booking. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Services that handle your information
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider carry your messages, under their own privacy policies.
- Our website and email are hosted by IONOS, whose servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
- Google Maps and YouTube load only if you press "Show map" or play a video. Google's privacy policy then applies.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for any period the law requires, for example for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@horizonhotelsng.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
